Ordering
Simply browse our categories — Daily Fruits, Exotic Fruits, Dates, Dry Fruits, Fruit Baskets or Fruit Subscriptions — add your items to the cart, and check out online. You can also send your order list directly via WhatsApp at +91 90040 17007 for a faster, more personal experience.
Most orders qualify for free delivery above a minimum cart value shown at checkout. For smaller orders, a nominal delivery charge may apply. WhatsApp us if you'd like to confirm the current threshold for your area.
If your order hasn't been packed yet, we can usually accommodate changes. Call or WhatsApp us immediately on +91 90040 17007 with your order ID, and our team will help if it's still possible.

Delivery
We currently deliver fresh fruits across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Coverage can vary slightly by neighbourhood, so feel free to WhatsApp or call us to confirm delivery to your exact address before ordering.
In most cases, yes — orders placed earlier in the day have a good chance of same-day delivery, depending on your area and product availability. For urgent orders, calling or WhatsApping us directly is the fastest way to confirm a same-day slot.
Orders confirmed earlier in the day are typically dispatched the same day and delivered within standard working hours. Exact time slots may vary by location — our team will keep you updated once your order is confirmed.
Every order is hand-picked, hygienically sorted and carefully packed shortly before dispatch — not days in advance. We work with reliable delivery partners so your fruits reach you fresh, intact, and ready to enjoy.
Since our products are fresh and perishable, we recommend being available at the scheduled delivery time. If you know in advance that you'll be unavailable, please let us know via WhatsApp so we can try to reschedule.
Payments
We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets — all processed securely through Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment gateway. Cash on delivery is also available in select serviceable areas.
Yes. All online payments are handled directly by Razorpay's secure payment infrastructure. Call Seasons Fresh does not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details at any point.
This usually resolves automatically within a few business days as the amount is auto-reversed by your bank via Razorpay. If it doesn't reflect within 7 business days, contact us with your payment reference and we'll help trace it.
Yes, an order confirmation and invoice is generated for every purchase. For corporate or bulk orders requiring formal billing/GST documentation, please mention this while placing your order.

Yes — alongside daily staples, we offer exotic fruits, dry fruits, dates, and curated fruit baskets, sourced through the same trusted importer relationships our family has built over the years.
Fresh fruits naturally vary in colour, size, shape, sweetness, ripeness, texture, and weight from batch to batch. These natural variations are a sign of genuinely fresh, unprocessed produce and are not considered quality defects.
Returns & Refunds
You may request cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed for packing. Once packed or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled since our products are fresh and perishable.
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and raise the concern immediately with our delivery partner or by contacting us right away. We'll verify the issue and offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or voucher, depending on what's feasible.
Fruit baskets are specially curated per order, so once packed or dispatched they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged — except if delivered damaged or if the wrong basket was supplied.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay, and generally complete within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Bulk Orders & Subscriptions
Absolutely — weddings, corporate gifting, festive hampers, and office orders are something our wholesale roots make us especially good at. Call or WhatsApp us with your requirements and we'll put together a plan and pricing for you.
