Cancellation Policy
At Call Seasons Fresh, customer satisfaction and product quality are at the heart of everything we do. Every order is hand-selected, carefully inspected, and hygienically packed before dispatch to ensure you receive premium-quality fresh produce.
Our Freshness Promise
We believe that premium quality should never be compromised. Every product is inspected before dispatch, and if it does not meet our quality standards, it will not be delivered.
Order Cancellation
As our products are fresh and perishable, orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Customers may request cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed for packing. Once packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Call Seasons Fresh reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Fruit Baskets
Fruit baskets are specially curated and prepared for each order.
Once packed or dispatched, fruit baskets cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged except where they are delivered in a damaged condition or an incorrect basket has been supplied.
Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, customers are requested to inspect their order at the time of delivery.
Returns will only be considered if:
- The product is damaged.
- The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- The product does not reasonably meet our quality standards.
⚠️ The concern should be raised immediately during delivery. Once the delivery has been accepted and the delivery partner has departed, returns cannot ordinarily be accepted.
Resolutions & Refunds
If a genuine quality concern is verified, Call Seasons Fresh may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following resolutions:
Replacement of the affected product.
Partial refund based on issue nature.
Store credit for future orders.
Discount voucher for next purchase.
The chosen resolution depends on product availability, nature of concern, and operational feasibility.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and generally completed within 3–7 business days.
Payments & Refund Processing
All online payments on callseasonsfresh.in are securely processed through Razorpay, a licensed and RBI-regulated payment gateway. We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on delivery is available in select serviceable areas.
- Refunds are issued to the same source used for the original payment (UPI ID, card, or bank account) via Razorpay’s secure refund system.
- Once a refund is initiated from our end, Razorpay typically credits the amount back within 3–7 business days, though the exact timeline may vary slightly depending on your bank or UPI app.
- Call Seasons Fresh does not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details — all payment data is handled directly and securely by Razorpay.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, applicable refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirming your payment details.
Natural Variations
Fresh fruits naturally vary in colour, size, shape, sweetness, ripeness, texture, and weight. These natural variations are not considered quality defects and do not qualify for return or refund.
